Based in New York City, Fig Food Co. (“FFC”) is a fast-growing, B-Corp certified food company focused on improving the health of people and planet by promoting the consumption of organic North American-sourced, plant-based food. Launched in 2010, the company manufactures, sells and distributes packaged soups, beans and vegetables for retail.

FFC is a million dollar brand at Whole Foods Market. The company was named a semi-finalist in the 2009 NY Green Business Competition, accepted as one of the original 20 companies into Mayor Bloomberg’s 160 Varick Street Incubator, featured in Whole Foods Market’s Whole Story blog, called one of the “Top Ten Processed Foods” by Cooking Light magazine and has been awarded Clean Choice awards by Clean Eating magazine for two consecutive years.

Driven by distribution expansion and new product development, FFC projects revenue of $10.4 million by 2017 (CAGR=72%). To continue its rapid ascent toward this projection, FFC seeks to raise $1.65M in equity capital. Monies will be used to fund the working capital, marketing and new products associated with its rapid growth.
