Over the past fifteen years, Zvi has completed a vast array of transactions across different product types including IPOs, secondaries/follow-on offerings, SPACs, registered directs, PIPEs, privates, and M&A. He has worked on the buy-side and sell-side in brokerage and investment banking with firms such as Paramount Bio, Rodman & Renshaw/H.C. Wainwright and PaineWebber. Zvi’s areas of expertise include private finance for start-up, early stage and venture backed late stage companies across Lifesciences, TMT, financial services, cleantech, food and beverage, consumer products, and business services.
