Hyperbaric Associates of America, LLC (HBAA) is a management company created to establish and manage free-standing (i.e., non-hospital based) full service facilities specializing in the use of HBOT. HBAA does not engage in the actual practice of HBOT, but rather establishes and manages the facilities for medical practices, providing a so-called “turnkey” operation for the practices. HBAA provides all administrative personnel and support, human resources coordination, billing services, marketing undertakings, legal coordination, and more, allowing the medical practices to concentrate on practicing medicine.
